As Vice President for Payer Contracting & Alignment and Parallon, Wendy Warren oversees a legal team that provides guidance on all aspects of HCA’s relationships with managed care payers and supports the revenue cycle activities of HCA.
Wendy has practiced law for almost 20 years. Before joining the HCA legal department in 2013, she was a partner at Bass, Berry & Sims specializing in litigation of managed care, securities and complex contract disputes.
Wendy graduated summa cum laude from Fisk University and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law.
