The Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville is an annual charity event whose purpose is to raise funds for Cheekwood and ECON Charities, by exhibiting the highest quality antiques, landscaped gardens, and horticultural items and by offering a related educational outreach program.
Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville
The ECON Club of Nashville has co-sponsored the annual Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville since 1991. This show has become the club’s main fundraising activity, thus allowing us to contribute more than $2.0 million to local charities.
The Economic Club of Nashville was a founder of Cheekwood in 1960 and has been a supporter since. In 1990, The Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville was born. The event has become the largest of its kind in the country. The proceeds from the show are distributed between ECON Charities and Cheekwood estate and Gardens.
In March 2021, Cheekwood  debuted a milestone publication exploring its historic origins as a private estate and tracing its evolution to the beloved destination that it is today. The book offers an unprecedented window into the family home of Leslie Cheek and his wife Mabel Wood, and explores the creation of the extraordinary 55-acre historic estate designed by Bryant Fleming in the 1930s.
