Waverly Ann Harris is the CEO of Friends Life Community (FLC), a Nashville nonprofit that provides opportunities and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, where she has worked since 2011.

Waverly Ann finished her undergraduate degree at Western Kentucky University in Sociology and completed an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis and certificate in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University.

Waverly Ann enjoys looking at opportunities for social change on a macro level and designing systems that flow down to the individual for holistic care and functional sustainability.
