Jennifer Gamble is a member of the Metropolitan Council of Nashville and Davidson County representing District 3. She was elected to Metro Council in August 2019, and has dedicated more than 20 years of public service in Nashville. Previously, she served as President of the Bellshire Terrace Neighborhood Watch, board member of the Nashville Neighborhood Alliance and Nashville Education and Community Arts Television, and Metro Environment and Beautification Commissioner. Currently, she chairs the Metro Council’s Public Safety committee and serves on the Planning and Public Works committees. In addition, she is a member of the Metro Nashville Covid-19 Financial Oversight Committee.

Ms. Gamble is Founder and CEO of Nelson PR & Communications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Fisk University and a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Middle Tennessee State University.  She and husband George have been married for 27 years and they have two sons ages 26 and 18.
