Jenni Bedell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, an experienced Human Resources professional and recruitment specialist, joined OneDigital as a Human Resources Consultant in 2019.  Jenni has an extensive background in HR specializing in strategic staffing, employee relations, and organizational development.  Prior to joining the OneDigital team, Jenni had over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality, entertainment and design and construction industries.

With a proven track record of success, Jenni is a highly valued resource to clients who are looking to improve their leadership’s skills and employee engagement.  Her innovative approach to employee selection and development helps clients attract and retain quality talent to their organizations. Jenni’s outgoing personality and collaborative communication style make her a key player on any team.

A Nashville native, Jenni has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is based in Nashville, TN.

Kristen Eskew is a Business Development Executive at OneDigital, the nation’sleading strategic advisory firm supporting small to mid-size employersin group benefits and HR consulting. She is also a regional leader of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B), co -leads several Employee Resource Groups throughout the company and is a member of an executive committee that builds national diversity recruiting strategies. Prior to OneDigital, she worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Consolidated Planning, a prominent financial planning firm in the Southeast, where she also served in leadership and spearheaded the firm’s DEI&B efforts.

Born in California and raised in a military family in both Georgia and North Carolina, Kristen attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, earning a B.A. in Communications Studies. She now calls Charlotte, NC home. Kristen is a super connector whose passion for people can be seen not only through her work in business development, DEI&B, and talent acquisition, but through her community involvement. Kristen serves on the board of Neighborhood Hope and Youth Development Initiatives, both Charlotte based non-profits. In addition, she serves on the advisory board for Yellowbird, a financial empowerment platform that provides underserved communities quality access to financial literacy.

Enthusiastic about being a culture changer and making an impact, Kristen enjoys being a featured speaker, moderator and panelist at various colleges, business events and diversity seminars. She has been quoted in various media publications including Forbes and Insurance News Net.

In her spare time, Kristen loves cooking – and eating! – trail running and practicing her interior design skills. Happy wife to husband Josh, and proud aunt of seven nieces and nephews, Kristen also enjoys being a dog mom to Teddy and Maggie.
