JAY WILLIAMS serves as partner and co-head of WME’s Nashville office. Williams guides the
careers of country superstars Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Chris Stapleton, Dierks Bentley, Brothers
Osborne, Ashley McBryde and many others. Additionally, he works with numerous successful
genre-bending artists including Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Elle
King, Mipso, Caitlyn Smith, Paul Cauthen, Marty Stuart and The War and Treaty.

A veteran of the William Morris Agency who transitioned to WME in the 2009 merger, Williams
began his agency career over two decades ago in the William Morris mailroom and quickly
ascended the ranks. He has received multiple accolades, including being named IEBA’s Talent
Agent of The Year in 2014, 2016 and 2018, and CMA Touring Awards Agent of the Year in 2017
and 2019.

Williams currently serves on multiple boards in the community, including Music Health Alliance,
The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, Habitat for Humanity, ACM’s Lifting Lives, the
Country Music Association, Riser Foundation, and the CMA Foundation
