April 1980-Hired full time with TWRA as Lake Manager of Lake Graham near Jackson Tennessee.
October 1984-Promoted to Fisheries Biologist in West Tennessee in charge of TWRA Family Fishing Lakes, Humboldt Fish Hatchery, and the private pond technical assistance program.
January 1997-Promoted to Assistant Chief of Fisheries in Nashville
May 2010-Promoted to Chief of Fisheries
September 2015-Promoted to Deputy Director TWRA
June 2020-Promoted to Executive Director of TWRA
Married to Molly Wilson, 3 kids Rachel (34); Hunter (31); and Taylor (29).
