Jeff Blair was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of GreenPoint Ag Holdings,
LLC in August 2020. GreenPoint represents the strategic joint venture in the wholesale
and retail operations of proven agronomy leaders in the southern United States.

Prior to joining GreenPoint Ag , Jeff served as President of the Plant Nutrient Group for
The Andersons (NASDAQ: ANDE), based in Maumee, Ohio. Managing the manufacturing,
distribution, and sales of primary and speciality plant nutrients, Jeff led a team of more
than 700 in the sale and distrubution of more than 2 million tons of fertilizer annually,
generating $650M in sales. Prior to The Andersons, Jeff managed the sales and marketing
organization of Intrepid Potash responsible for domestic and international product sales
and delivery. He has also served in leadership roles with Orica USA, Inc. Jeff currently
serves on the Agricultural Retailers Association Board of Directors.

As President and CEO, Jeff brings proven management and financial performance to

Jeff served as a Captain in the United States Army having served 8 years in Special Forces
and military intelligence, along with key roles including Infantry, Airborne Ranger, and
Jumpmaster. He is a graduate of Princeton University and University of Colorado School
of Law. Jeff and his wife, Carrie, reside in Huntsville, Alabama with their three daughters.
